Safety Idesco's 25/38/60 Inch Industrial Roll Laminators have conveniently located and grouped easy access controls for handling ease. They have built-in retractable slitters on most models, which saves an enormous amount of cutting time by trimming away side scrap during the lamination process and the two heads can be adjusted independently with great precision. They also have removable heat shoes and are teflon-coated to reduce film abrasion. Laminators are also easily unplugged and removed to clean or replace the laminating rollers and come with forced air cooling, which provides extra large capacity for maximum cooling of thicker gauge materials. They are designed with separate power-driven rolls to minimize curling. Heavy-duty construction and made of strong alloy aluminum. They permit a wider range of tension and rubber roll pressure adjustments, have precision guides on the feed tray and adjust for substrate alignment.
